Looking at the home page of RealMp3Music.com does not really tell me much. Yes, it informs people that it has unlimited downloads, like lots of websites out there that are all screaming about the same thing. When I look at a music downloading website, I want to see what makes it different from the others, and it would be much better if I can get the general idea from the first page that would appear.
My comment does not necessarily mean that this site is not worth visiting. On the contrary, I think the service here is good enough but there are certainly many improvements that can be made to make it more attractive. After all, it's not only the quality but also the packaging that people consider. For one thing, a detailed description of services offered gives the site more credibility. Another is that people don't want to waste time searching for what they want to have immediately.
What I liked about RealMp3Music.com though is that it boasts of a hundred percent guarantee that it is spyware and adware free, something that not all downloads sites can be proud of. User protection is something that everybody is looking for. Aside from good security, RealMp3Music.com also gives the usual security measures offered such as password protection and personal information confidentiality.
The support page is helpful enough but would be more so if there is a ready made list of frequently asked questions so that some customers don't waste time filling up a ticket.
